POST 63814: At least someone has some commmonsense to recognise this share for what it is. I wonder what these two late filings contain? Whatever it is, it has been stalled for a good reason and that reason is to get the so called 'Restructure' details out BEFORE releasing the two late filings. What will happen then, is that guys will think, Wow! Great restructure program, try to buy loads of shares and up will go the share price. BIG But.... (one t!), once more shareholder's have been screwed again and paid $$$ for shares that may not even exist as such, (try to sell them back in Tranches of 50!!) they will release the 'Filings of Death', they will have gotten more cash, then the combined Filings will cause it to collapse and they will make off with more cash which mugs have pre-invested weeks before. Think about it!
