The problem her is that WE DO NOT how much dilution IS COMING, thus you can't put a value on the stock now. ECIGD IS BLEEDING LOSSES and those losses have to be covered; MGT. really has no choice but to ISSUE MORE STOCK. This stock has so much negativity
now; A NEW LOW, that is never a good sign. to me this is a penny stock now; like I said before my target is 5 cents.
