Todays selling was not dilution, it was a major flipper or flippers who held well over a hundred million shares checking out for a huge loss at .0001 so they could get out of SNDY and move elsewhere. The extension to the yearly filing was the last straw for the flipper who was counting on selling at .0002 or higher by now. Getting rid of the flippers is a good thing for SNDY. Flippers have controlled and manipulated the share price for a year. The huge dumping by a flipper or flippers on April Fools day was done out of spite to purposely temporarily destroy the share price. Watch what happens next.
