Here is a question Malc. At nearly $70K a month for the ruby lease and land costs and with the cash on hand at the end of the year of $32,060 That puts the lease $210,000 behind.
As far as I know there has not been shares sold for cash on any of the 8Ks the shares have all been for debt.

The 10K seems to claim they have the cash for now...
So Where is NBRI getting $210K to pay the lease for the last 4 months?

Or have they stopped paying?
