too many flippers on this stock... maybe the best thing to do is nothing. If you buy this low they may flip... if you sell though, you lose..., and they'll just mark it back up.
I'm guessing though if nobody does nothing, they'll just sell off to flush more poeple out.

or
greed->reaction->capitalize
Either way they win. With fear, they'll trade down, with greed they'll trade up. It's like the poker player that keeps on raising his bet to get every last dime from the other player. Wait for slowdown in market to gauge reaction - then either buy or sell based on action or inaction.
Although if nobody does anything for a long time, they may go away (maybe, though I doubt it until it looks like IPRE is dead in the water which won't happen for as long as their pushing products)...
