Hey Red, in a recent email response from Doug he made the following comments (see paragraph in quotation). If you, dmg, novice, pack and others who have invested a lot in this stock want to support Doug in a possible face to face showdown with Wang, maybe all of you could advance the funds needed for his travel to Kunming and it might all be worthwhile. Novice in particular could organize this project since he is also familiar with Doug.

"In any event it will take money to see if we can get Wang to move. The road ahead is difficult, with over 2 years of quarterly’s and audits to be done. I do believe that the shareholders may have a good case against EFP Rotenberg. It was their resignation that made the audits far more difficult and costly. I have considered traveling to China to meet with Wang but I will only do so if I have other business there as well. I have invested too much into this already and do not want to spend another $7,500 on a long shot."
