My math has Supurva getting about 1.9 billion shares at the current share structure, barring other dilution or reverse splits... That means they got about 45% of the pie. My biggest question is what time restrictions apply to converting those shares? Hopefully there are some restrictions??? I think this will move with more info, otherwise Superva's shares will be worth the same as ours... Jmo
