Lasers there seems to be two trains of thought here.
Elite will/has partnered with an entity to market their ADT/ARTs.
Therefore Elite WILL go it alone.

And the other train of thought that Elite WILL be bought out regardless of the 1st train of thought.
Now I was at the shareholders meeting and I can say that when Nasrat squelched that rumor that both he and Jerry would step down after the summer of 2016... also stating he was having too much fun building the company... it did not sound to me like he was in any rush to sell the company. In fact it sounded to me like he intended to keep the company as its own entity.

If what you are proposing is correct and I do believe you are spot on..... those magnificent 7 (remember during shareholders it was 5 opioids in development then suddenly during the CC that followed was increased to 7) opioids may come one after the other
sooner than later.

This is why he was so busy contacting potential partners for marketing and distribution. I believe it was last Februarys CC he was on the West Coast?

If you want my real honest opinion.... to sell this company with all of its intellectual property... its pipeline of generics and non generic... and the ADT/ART opioids will be wroth a heck of a lot more than $8 per share. But I do realize the shares outstanding too. And we shareholders have been told that management plans on doing something about that once things get rolling. If the number of shares outstanding is reduced to
a reasonable number then the share price corresponds with an increase in value.

This company is going to be worth lots of money. It will in my opinion take way more than $3.5 billion. Hopefully Nasrat/Jerry
get Elite to the point where they name their price so to speak.
