Lytle does not understand the capital markets. Any pop in the stock and he immediately starts diluting with the ATM. Yesterday, was the perfect example. Great news with the breast paper. The stock quickly reacts and moves higher. He pulls the ATM trigger and this starts a domino of selling as the market perceives this is somehow not good news. If he waited a few days, the stock would keep moving higher and shareholders would be happier and he could get a better price and minimize the dilution. How he kept his job after the loan fiasco, I'll never understand.
