This isnt bloated, it just needs to be accumulated. Look at MDI* its been sitting at .0002-.0003 for months, I think over 300 million shares went thru at that price during that time, all of a sudden today their upto to .001 on 86 mil volume and barely any real news.

Pretty simple concept of supply and demand, I notice the people who arent willing to wait usually miss out and then chase when it does move and then lose money. Then ironically blame the company for that loss.
