I must be missing something...don't they still have to file by April 15th?
"The subject annual report, semi-annual report, transition report on Form 10-K, Form 20-F, Form 11-K, Form N-SAR or Form N-CSR, or portion thereof, will be filed on or before the fifteenth calendar day following the prescribed due date"

I can't even find any difference between what was filed before and the amendment...

Maybe I'm blind? Or just an APRIL FOOL???
(though some might claim I'm a fool year around...)
