Knuckles no amount of DD would show this is a good investment. The company can't deliver on its many, many, many promises. No results, that is the only DD you need.....have you seen a new facility in Hemet? Have they started the new facility in Sparks? Why do they only have one working machine in the market when they said they would have 18?

Partnerships with other pinks sheets? Yep, plenty of them.

Debentures to fund operations? Yes please.

Imminent jack up of the A/S? Most likely
