not required at this point ,,,,, they have filled under 144B and a attorney letter .....

how do you put it ya can't do it both ways ,,,,,,

he already said it does not matter what it takes or what it costs to win,
so shares will be diluted in court and attorney fees...to win ,,,,, then he can rebuild whats left,

and its not going to be soon.....
