i emailed Jeff Love for any info on LIGA he could provide and this was his response

"I'm not currently not working for liga but I'm still an investor. I do think they are trying to do something to help the stock price.  They have a lot of deals working but I just don't know a lot.  I do think at this price it's hard to go wrong.  It could end up being a big winner for all of us. But you just never know in this market."
