I'm actually very happy they filed... even though it was a NT-10K which I did expect... still happy that they filed. I would expect it to be filed after the 6th of April which would be after the A/S increase.. This IMO is also the reason why we saw the volume yesterday. FF is getting rid of their current shares so that they can load up and get ready for the financial pps and really make money.. I would guarantee it, also pushing the pps down so that they can grab more from the .0001 zone....

Which we may not see the pps really increase like some here think and believe (myself included) until Q1 results in May. I do expect a nice pps increase maybe to 4 or 5s after financials though... JMO
