New Filing Status

If you look at the amended 10Qs you will notice they now indicate the filing status is "Smaller Reporting Company"

This status change is retroactively adjusted back to 2nd qtr, the SEC uses the 2nd Qtr status for determining which filing deadlines a company falls under...so now that they have filed these amendments they have until April 30th to file the 10-K for 2014
