This is extremely frustrating to say the least! Not only are the load times much slower than before but, depending on the day, my trend lines and/or price points that i've annotated previously, move on the chart or in some cases on to an indicator. I just can't believe i'm paying while they try to work the bugs out rather than having this all fixed BEFORE they switched over. Furthermore, i'm astonished that despite all the negative comments i've read on this board, I have yet to see either a response or a comment from the company; not to mention an apology. This use to be a great service offerred at a reasonable price; no longer.
