I just came home from work and found this email in my account. I wrote Mr. Parkin on Friday and today I received an answer:

Greetings Uwe,

There was a "quiet" period that we had to cross because of the merger.

Now all the information will be released and the activities will be normal. The financials and future (immediate) plans will be released tomorrow.
