Well, maybe so, Davey - EXCEPT when it comes to Federal judges. They see the smoke, mirrors, and misinformation all the time - which is why they kicked NTEK's FoundingFelon™ boolsheet appeal to DaCurb with a cursory Memorandum opinion of one page with a footnote to the lawyer telling him they wanted to sanction him for making misrepresentations to the Court, but the normal courtesy of the Court is to first WARN an attorney - and so they warned him to knock off the smoke, mirrors, and MISINFORMATION - that his client was feeding him.

Thus, the FoundingFelon™ will be departing NTEK very shortly to open a satellite office in a Federal prison where he can try to peddle smoke, mirrors, and misinformation to fellow inmates. And pitch NTEK stock to them.
