The two points I have seen to brag about GRCU and the annual report - it was filed on the last day of the deadline - and it was unaudited and very basic... and as I have pointed out they have screwed it up.

But, we now know why it wasn't filed early.

And the other point is that a 4 month convertible note had been extended.

I guess we have put to bed the rumors that GRCU ordered 14,400 cases of Rico.

Sense the on start of GRCU, they've managed to file all reports on time, up to and now too include the first of its annuals.
