Something doesn't add up. Just some thoughts....

Era sued Gary C personally. So how is it that Cytta and Era are making an agreement that is to the benefit of Gary? --ie a mutual standoff, non disparage and annulment of merger.

Technically I would think that Cytta is not party to the case, and anything Gary settles to is in his personal capacity. The claim was against Gary for fraud, not against Cytta

Doesn' t that suggest a real conflict of interest as to whose interests are being served? Cytta and Gary are apparently one and the same
