No need to accept a low ball offer of any kind for NASDAQ reqs or any other reason, but should the right offer come then Leo can take it. This significantly strengethened the company on many fronts - trial progress, up listing, deal making.

When mathematics and data are used in prediction we call this an 'educated guess'.
