it appears from what I see in the public domain online as if there is a name change underway and an expansion of business activity. but I am only interpreting it from my view point of seeing the MLHC employee currently employed under both company names and both company names now sharing the same address and the new company name at that address touting a GRAND OPENING and about to launch a new website.

may not be significant at all and I could be misinterpreting it, but it seems to imply that something is brewing on the used machinery end of things and the used machinery end is also the target of one of the first acquisitions......why else would their subsidiary Elite Machine Tool have their website down and be sharing the same address at Protech Machine Tool Sales?
there are probably many more explanations, but I am just feeling optimistic that they are doing something good.
