I believe the 5 million can only be paid directly to vendors with county approval. I think that was a condition put on the money in the wake of the Kornegay blow up.

They are usually late on filings so that doesn't concern me.

The board seems to be in a pissy mood and overly negative right now imo. Understandable but I'm still optimistic. Bionitrogen isn't any more of a risk than they always have been and they are further long than they've ever been.
