Forestlight Entertainment AB (publ) adjusts the subscription period of the planned issue.

According to previously published in the communiqué from extraordinary general meeting on 3 March 2015, the General Meeting decided on an issue. Non-cash issue has been based on the target company, Wifog AB ("Wifog"), with a market value at the time of the meeting would be valued at 160.000.000 SEK.
