Come on guys, give us a break already. That is merely the address of the registered agent who incorporated AZFL's Hemp subsidiary.
You can see that in the actual registration document:

When you scroll down you will see the actual Coral Gables office of AZFl.

The registered agent's address is referred to as an "initial address and an "initial agent"

Pepper Stebbins was not going to waste money setting up a subsidiary office until the Pueblo Colorado deal is inked, IMO. We will be hearing about that soon, IMO. GEESH!!!!! GO AZFL
