I agree, the sooner the audit has SEC approval the better, and this month is crucial. However, the bigger event is the hinted at merger. We know the SEC will eventually pass the audit (even if it requires some further work), but we know only rumor information about the referenced merger. The belief that all will happen to the upside has almost everything to do with the credibility of JT as CEO. He has a near perfect track record of doing what he projects to happen. The only question has always been the scheduling of these events
Remember, JT, as a CEO in stocks (in pennys), is experiencing a new profession and learning as he goes. This accounts for much of the missed estimations of when events will go down.

Many CEOs of other pennys are also new at the job. JT, however, has near perfect credibility, and that's what sets him and UNQT apart as something special. Hang on, I believe it will be worth it.
