Back in December of 2012 the PPS was as low as .0005.. Im willing to bet dozens of people bought at LEAST 5000 bucks worth and you know how many shares that would have given each person? 10 million a pop. If just 20 people did that would be 200 million shares... If 100 people did it it would be 1 billion. So you cannot say the only people dumping is insiders. Thats just wrong. And I've been watching this for ages and many people had MILLIONS AND millions of shares sub penny. Look at the history. A huge boom happened just weeks after 2013. And it kept going up. Those are the facts!
