I keep hearing all this garbage about a P&D. Here are two very KNOWLEDGEABLE facts:

1. If the company was selling shares its called an S1 registration. Which would be public.

2. If the individual shareholders or management was selling it would require a FORM 4

3. ANYONE can run a promotion.

As ASSumptions seem pretty common by some I just thought that should be put out there. GLTA
