Warning Quiros has been telling the same thing for last 2 months that he is filing the 10Q he is a liar he will not file soon as he knows he will have to disclose the outstanding shares in it believe me I have lost heavy in this in last 2 years I have not seen a bigger liar then him,it's your money on how you play but as a well wisher it's my advise out your money some where else quiros still has to pay 800k debt to tarpon as per the court orders so I am sure he will dilute all that 2.6 biillion shares to pay that GLTA
