The company generated NEGATIVE sales in 2014 after fees (and a meager $75k gross) in return for 2.1 million in stock-based compensation and 8 million in convertible debt. The shares of the last financing round (about 235 million) will soon become unrestricted and even more capital is likely needed for further expansion. Can it get any worse from the perspective of a common shareholder?
