Pepper Stebbins, Partner / Sales & Marketing

Pepper, along with his partners, is thrilled to be a part of the creation and development of Next Door Brewing Company.

Pepper is originally from Madison and the east side. He attended East High School for two years before moving to Louisville, Kentucky. While in college in Kentucky he used to bring back cases of beer from Wisconsin even if it meant lugging it on the bus from Madison to Louisville.

Pepper has traveled extensively and moved back to Madison after living in the Brazilian Amazon for 12 years. Surprisingly he frequented two brew pubs on a regular basis, one in Manaus, the capital of Amazonas and one in Belem on the southern side of the mouth of the Amazon River.

He worked as the International Marketing/Sales Director for a land management company and later opened a bed and breakfast on the river. And in November of 2012 he participated in the National Geographic reality/competition show “King Fishers”, in which he competed against other fishermen from British Columbia and England.

While in Madison he co-founded The Hop Head Beer Tour Co. and worked at various brew pubs around the city.

Pepper adores his family and hanging out with friends. He also loves to talk about all things Brazilian, fishing and of course beer. His partners joke that it’s not six degrees of separation with Pepper but one or two as Pepper seems to know everybody

Pepper Stebbins is very familiar with Brazil having made his home there for a dozen years. The co-owner of Next Door Brewing lived in Itacoatiara, a small city on the Amazon River.

"I went down there to work at plywood veneer mill, with the job of recovering logs at bottom of the Amazon," he says, "then I went to a forest management project." This work was with Precious Woods, a sustainable forestry company whose operations in Brazil are certified by the Forest Stewardship Council and was recognized by Greenpeace and the Rainforest Alliance.

While living there, Stebbins built a family. "My wife Joana is Brazilian, and our two kids were born there," he says. Moving on from forestry, he and his wife opened a bed-and-breakfast in Itacoatiara and provided tours of the nearby rainforest. Stebbins also spent time angling in Amazonia's waters, catching piranha and other fish. Returning to the U.S. in 2008, he last visited Brazil in November 2012 as a competitor on the National Geographic program King Fishers, seeking to hook peacock bass.

~ AZFL = Has Licenses to Legally Harvest Lumber & Forest A$$ets! wink

http://www.eteligis.com/ViewSubmission.aspx?submissionRequest=27994

Amazonas Florestal, Ltd. ("Amazonas" or "Company") (www.amazonasf.com) (OTC Pink: AZFL) (PINKSHEETS: AZFL), a natural resources company generating profit through innovative, sustainable forest management on its land holdings located in the northern regions of the Brazilian Amazon, is pleased to announce the Company has published its 2014 Annual Report. As a result, the company assets and timber inventory added a combined value of more than $4 Million to the Company's asset base, an increase of more than 10%. wink

Amazonas's CEO, Pepper Stebbins, commented, "Our goal to achieve revenues from the Brazilian operations in the last quarter of 2014 was not fulfilled mainly due to seasonal and licensing issues in the state of Rondonia where the Company has commenced operations. These matters have since been resolved and we should now see these operations begin to flourish with decent amounts of product during the first two quarters of 2015. These shipments should later increase each quarter as the harvest season comes into full swing in this part of Brazil beginning in late June. We have also added significant amounts to the timber inventories over the last year, which will allow for solid growth potential once financing to extract timber from these properties sustainably - is achieved. There appears to be an evident increase in demand over the last couple of quarters for precisely the exact tropical hardwood products that we will now have the capability to manufacture and deliver. It's an exciting time for us and our shareholders." wink

He has HUGE Plans for AZFL! ! ! MULTI-Million $$ Company Plans! ! ! Remember,, he works for Precious Woods and they brought in $50Million++ in Rev$ last year!! wink
