There's diluting tickers left and right, I barely see any get suspended.

There doesn't seem to be any diluting here. If that was true than the ask would always stay at like 1 billion while the bid keeps getting whacked.

Furthermore, we all know the risk here, it's a .0001 ticker with no bid most of the time. don't expect a fully reporting company with all questions answered still at .0001.
