The more I think about it, the more it makes sense. Judge Mueller was supposed to give a decision on March 25th, with NRTI launch scheduled for March 26th. Judge Mueller rescheduled the status conference for April 15th, which puts Inergetic's annual report release somewhere around that date now, not so?

Didn't Inergetics say, too, that they were planning on releasing video of the launch event on their website in two weeks?
