$MYEC Update and Conference Call info!

We will be filing the 2014 Annual Report on time by tomorrow, a PR will accompany the filing. The annual report is fully audited, and it will be re-filed with the Form 10 immediately after uploading to the OTC.

We expect "Expedited Processing" of the Form 10 and we could be accepted within 2 weeks.

We will be having an investor conference call on Wednesday, the time and details will be announced in the PR tomorrow.

I am really looking forward to speaking directly with shareholders again, and addressing all questions.
