IMO - it's fairly obvious obvious why... $.0024 is a KEY area of resistance spreading back to Nov '13. It's not a blue sky break out, but closing below $.0024 gives them a bit more time to sow the seeds of doubt. Breaking above was great, but a close above would have signaled a (tutti) loss of control for the bears.

Trump, I don't know if you remember me... I was here years ago. The worst case scenario played out... down to $.0001 and I originally bought in around $.025. We had some back and forth and I never pulled my punches (chupm - to refresh your memory). Having said that... I never sold a single share - don't know why. I did take the opportunity to cost average down a few weeks ago and very glad I did. I hope you're right. Nothing would make me and my multiple/multiple millions of reason to root for PVSP happier than to see Riss vindicated (hopefully trapping the very seawords that caused our downfall in the process).
