I just called Nord and talked to them

He answerd my call and told me that they are still trying to get the 8-k out today. AND that they will be releasing the 10-k at the same time. Parkin said that he had seen the financials and they were sent to the lawyers (who are in the USA) to look over. He was in the process of calling people at home since he is one of the few people working today to track down why there was a delay. He made it sound like they should have already come out today and he was tracking the reason why.
