Yep.

SEC attorneys are always on the clock. May as well bring in the heavy hitter to close out the 9th. All eyes on whats left of TECO.

My bet is insiders beg for a plea bargain just ahead of the court date. If they havent fled the country by then.

I cant even make this stuff up.
