Captain I believe if judge sweeny tells defendants to take a hike, that is positive for plaintiff cause it allows case for plaintiffs to move forward at quicker pace ...... Instead of waiting for a defendant stalling discovery completed before plaintiff begins gov depositions. On the other hand, opposite effect if judge decides in favor of defendant.
