Additionally Grand Capital Ventures Inc has filed a corporate action with FINRA to provide its stockholders with a dividend. While these convertible preferred securities are restricted, they are antidilutive and mitigate much of the dilution in the stock that has already happened. These securities will also form the backbone of a future registration statement, as Grand Capital Ventures seeks to become a 1940 Investment Act Company.

That worked soooo well for CDFT, OLIE, and HSCO… And the rest of the "plan" is just OLIE all over again.
