This one is not cursed for good because you bought some and it did not immediately run up.

Look at the big picture. They are building revenues now under new business model, then some profitability, and THEN will spend money doing a good PR blitz.
We should be several months in my view before this one gets more than a meager play by a trading room here and there.
When they get good news that is strong enough The PR group will have enough money to get the synchronized all aboard blitz that will make your wait worth the dormant time spent. As always there is one bottom tick in here somewhere and I personally will not spend the time searching for it...
Buy the dang thing in parcels to get a position.... Watch it once or twice a day if you got time ... Let it get a little more mature, then as it starts up ..... Sell your cost basis back out of it... After a major run when it breaks under its 8 day MAvg... Sell some and lock some profit...
Stop watching for a few micro ticks to sell into.. The people getting in this are looking way more this.
My opinion only ... Do as you feel you need to do..
