Even today the PPS should be .04

assuming the figures given in 10K for the last quarter to be valid

Profit was $831K. Assuming organic growth ( though it should be in exponential growth) it should turn out a profit of 4 mn in a year
with an A/S of 990 mn ( rounding to 1 billion) the PPS must be .004
Take an p/E ratio of 10 it should be .04 atleast
