IJJP clearly indicated that they are not going to do a reverse split. Also, just because they were victims of Big Apple, Asher, etc. in the past doesn't mean that they will take that route moving forward. The company also indicated that they no longer will use 504 exemption, convertible debentures, or any toxic dilutive forms of financing. I've seen many companies stick to their word on this thought and I have no reason to believe that IJJP is being less than genuine.

With the Nevada Secretary of State (NV SOS) filing, they actually fixed the Authorized Reduction (AS) to be better than what was PR-ed. The AS is now 2,400,000,000 shares as indicated below:
