plan to have minimal funding until the Kenya well 1st Q 2016,

What steps they have now taken to minimize expenses.

Any progress on the MOU for the EEZ.

Any specific agreements with Chrome (even if it is limited funding. Many years ago Chrome made arrangements with ERHE for a $2 million dollar line).

Any news from Deloitte on potential partnerships for Kenya, Chad or EEZ.

Many here have been asking for these very things for months now and the fact that we don't receive answers is huge question mark hanging over the company and the reason why the sp hit the 3 zero mark !
And for years posters have been essentially saying the same thing about many issues relating to this company that "this makes no sense".
One can only conclude that there is some kind of nefarious , conspiratorial back room agenda that is being hatched !

Like they say if it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck then its probably a duck !
