If it's any help...I've been accumulating NTEK shares for going on two years. Despite my investment being down significantly on paper...I have not sold a single share and have no designs on selling any shares any time soon.
You now have the opportunity to buy shares at a cost which is less than 1/2 of what I started paying for my shares and I've paid significantly more for them since those early days with much less going for the company than what they have going for themselves now.
You may find that the PPS (Price Per Share) will continue on the downward trend it has been on for well over a year or it may start an upward trend at any time.
Many people on this board had predicted and warned that the NTEK PPS would take the course it has and have consistently pointed out the many flaws of the company and the error of some of their ways. The proof of their criticisms has been borne out by the many realities we shareholders have experienced to our investment accounts.
You'll find no shortage of negatives as well as positives if you dig deep enough.
I happen to think that in spite of all that has gone wrong, there is much good that has transpired as well and I expect more good things to happen although I'm not very confident the PPS will be reflecting those good things any time soon. The reasons I feel that way is due to the company recently increasing the number of shares they intend to use or sell for one reason or another to grand total of 990,000,000 up 250,000,000 shares from 740,000,000 which could very well put downward pressure on the PPS for some time. There are also many restricted shares that could very well make their way to the selling block adding additional downward pressure.
If you're in no hurry and want to take a flyer on a long term gamble...this is about as good as any, and if you're lucky, you just might do OK. Good Luck!
