BB made 40 million bucks but was undercapitalized and WAS in big box. I'd love to have a "failure" like that. But you're right: BB is no longer in business. I like to think of it as a somewhat lengthy rebuilding/restructuring process for Nate with this particular project. He's had plenty of successful products, not his first rodeo. Seriously, ask yourself who goes through the trouble of having products made (yes on a limited basis for now) and shipped, seeking FDA approval, Lab testing, equipment purchases, etc etc (need I go on?) if they're not serious about producing a product on a large scale? Too thin calling this a scam and a failure. Things worth doing right can and usually do take time. And patience.

So you think Nate is going to make the same mistakes twice? I don't. I think he is building something great and I personally don't want to miss out on having a piece. BTW last time I checked BB Facebook is still active with about 73000 likes. Not bad for a company that's been shuttered for 3 years. Bet those 73000 people still like pancakes. I bet they have friends that do to. GLTY!!!
