M-line was smaller than it seemed can be easily determined from Anish's reply to SEC correspondence as follows (with the link following, see item #2):

Rental Income in the sum of $119,700.00 during the fiscal period ended June 30, 2011.

During the fiscal 2011 period there was rental income of $119,700 compared with $0 for the comparable period in fiscal 2010. The rental income was rent received by our subsidiary Eran Engineering from a company that we were considering acquiring. However after careful review, we decided not to go ahead with the transaction, and this company is therefore no longer in our location and renting space from us.

This company was not a related party, and the income received for leasing space was an “arms length” transaction. The only benefit that accrued to us as a result of this arrangement was the income received for leasing the space.

Anish gets kicked out of that space due to non payment of rent. What else would you expect from an embezzler?:

Yates, Fontenot, Smith & Brum, LLC v. M Line Holdings, Inc. (formerly Gateway International Holdings, Inc.), et al.; Case No. 30-2013-0063058 6

The above-referenced matter is an unlawful detainer action concerning certain real property located at 2672 Dow Avenue, Tustin, California. The unlawful detainer action was filed against the Company by its landlord Yates, Fontenot, et al. on February 15, 2013. The action is pending in Orange County Superior Court.

Every body knows this POS has gone dark, recently issued preferred shares that convert to another 5 billion shares, on top of the 2.5 billion A/S. So, as soon as the embezzler drops the hammer, like he did last fall... well... HAHAHAHAHAHA Without SEC Qs for almost a year, anything a convicted embezzler can think of is likely to happen!!
