Well novice, I guess we both know that Marcum is no longer working for Wang and company! Doug stated that he had heard that "Marcum resigned in March" which would mean this month, and he also stated that Marcum had not been paid which would in itself that Marcum has not done much work or any work on the financials, and he also stated that Wang was not willing to pay any money to file the SEC form that I mentioned earlier. And, of course, without an attorney to review the demands made by the SEC there is no one who is going to respond to the SEC claims that might help this company explain why they have not filed the financials.

IN OTHER WORDS, WANG IS WILLFULLY DETACHING HIMSELF FROM THE LISTED COMPANY SO THAT HE CAN CONTINUE TO ILLEGALLY OPERATE THE Chinese COMPANY AS IF IT BELONGED TO HIM, ENTIRELY...WHAT AN SOB HE IS! HE HAS BOUGHT THE WAREHOUSE WITH MONEY THAT CAME FROM THE UNITS' SALE AND HE FEELS SECURE IN HIS BELIEF THAT HE HAS GIVEN THE SHAFT TO ALL AMERICAN CONTACTS AND SUPPORTERS.

THIS IS A WILLFULL ACT OF CHEATING SHAREHOLDERS THAT WANG HAS COMMITTED AND I HOPE THAT SOMEONE WILL GET TO HIM LEGALLY TO REINSTATE THIS STOCK BACK ON THE EXCHANGE.

Doug also stated that there might be a slight possibility that legal action could be initiated against the "former auditors(R..berg) who resigned without having filed the financials on which they had worked on" and left First China with no recourse but to find a new auditing firm. All of you with large holdings in this stock should consult legal people who understand the issue of suing R__erg and get involved in the process.
