To be honest, stuff like this could actually add som $5-10 dollar to the share price if it was from another company. We are unfortunately still suffering from the endless dilution in the past and the critical view in the wake of the Chinese stigma.

The above should start to abate soon though, imo. A listing on First North, upcoming IFRS-reporting and the start of regularly dividends would be some things adding to the view that this is the real deal. An institution or a large owner crossing the 5 % ownership treshold is also very possible after the last trading action imo.
