Redsky, I don't think any of you has read my last few postings carefully, and as a result of that you in particular might have missed one big informative statement made that pointed to MARCUM HAVING RESIGNED. When an auditor resigns under normal circumstances the corporation (in this case FCPG) would have filed with the SEC form 8k indicating the reason for such action, and they would also provide the name of the new auditor replacing the old one, but in this case this has not happened because there is no new auditor! Of course, you might ask yourself why Marcum resigned and the answer is very clear and simple...they HAVE NOT BEEN PAID SINCE THEY WERE HIRED.
